This site comprises of a large multi-phased development of 333 new homes. There will be a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses, some with garages and with a mix of private sale, shared ownership and affordable rent units.
This new build development is currently into its third year of construction, in collaboration with our partners Hyde Group.
