The site is allocated as a housing site within the Thanet Local Plan and having worked with the Council through a series of positive pre-application discussions, we are aiming to submit a full planning application by the end of April. We are hopeful that the development will be positively approved in the Autumn. The site sits on the edge of Manston and forms part of the wider expansion of Manston as part of the approved Manston Green development (785 dwellings).
